Planning & Scheduling  Symposium and Awards

A daytime Symposium consisting of a parallel conference and exhibition for professionals in the planning, scheduling and project controls industry.

16 exhibitors and 8 conference speakers (including special guest speaker, Alex Hibbert, polar explorer and author of The Long Haul).

300 delegates during the day with breakfast, lunch, break-out sessions, speed-dating exhibition and closing drinks and nibbles, followed by an evening Awards Dinner and Ceremony with winners announced from 6 different categories.

Judging of the award nominations took place the month before the event. Nine independent judges from organisations in the planning, scheduling and project controls community interviewed all the candidates and chose the winners in secret.

The Awards Dinner and Ceremony consisted of a drinks reception, celebrity MC, 3-course meal, entertainment and the winners in each category announced and brought on stage to collect their award.

200 guests attended the evening festivities.          See YouTube video clip.

"Cathi Ulsenhiemer of Project Promotions was central to the success of the inaugural planning and scheduling awards and symposium. Cathi's role involved the establishment, promotion, management and execution of facilities for exhibitors, presenters, judging panel members, entertainment and gala dinner guests, in addition to a plethora of associated administration, commercial and organisational duties, all of which relied upon Cathi's experience and network in this field, together with her professional, approachable and engaging demeanour.

I would recommend Cathi and Project Promotions to anybody thinking about staging a successful major event"
